For a 2005 1500 5.7?

can i mix with factory coolant?

Thats what I used when I did my water pump, no issues in 30,000 miles

Yes you can mix it with Mopar a/f from 2005 truck... If in fact the original coolant is still in system . In case you don't know that coolant bottle in your pic appears to be concentrate so you can mix it 50/50 with distilled water to 2 gallons of anti freeze.

If your truck has original coolant then you are overdue for a coolant flush.
I just bought a 2008 Ram with 108K miles. Coolant looked OK and tested slightly acidic. I replaced the coolant and also put in new lower radiator hose at same time. The inside of the old hose was completely coated with a thin layer of grit.

Then you had best plan to drain and completely flush the entire system. Then you can put in whatever you want. (Mine are all running on Prestone now).
