Default Crankshaft Position Sensor/Misfire Codes

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4X4 4.7
Had a brand new motor put in 2 years ago. It has been running great up until 3 weeks ago it threw a Crankshaft position sensor code. So I went to AutoZone and bought the DURALAST SU3181. That didn't work. Then replaced Camshaft Sensor, still no luck. Now I realize I'm in limp mode because it won't exceed 3,500 RPMs. Now getting these codes:
P0315: Unknown code
P0300: Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0339: Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent
P0335: Crankshaft Position Sensor A

Any ideas on what could possibly be wrong? Could a clogged catalytic converter make these codes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, so I decided to clean the crankshaft position sensor from the factory and put it back in, now it runs great and throws no codes. We will see how long that lasts.
