I believe this is an 07 cummins 2500. The govenor pressure solenoid and sensor were replaced. All was well for a while. Now the transmission will not shift into 2nd most times and sometimes hangs in second gear when you come to a stop. The fluid looks burned but after putting a scanner on it and driving it I have no govenor voltage and 0 pressure. I did not install this part myself but a fiend had someone install it. Not sure where to look now.

 

See if you have a bad connection at the 8 pin connector on the trans. Its on the drivers side, about halfway back. Plugs straight down into the top of the valve body area on the trans. Fun to get to if you have a 4x4.
