2008 Dodge Dakota, won't crank or start. I do get a clicking noise, then flashing engine light 10 times and stays on. I have replaced ignition switch, battery, fuses, solenoid good. Any suggestions

I knocked the neutral switch out of position in a blazer once..shorted the starter terminals to get it started.. Automatic? move the selector all the way to 1st gear and then back to neutral and see if it starts with the key, Or try shorting the starter terminals with a screw driver..maybe a bad connection, bad starter, bad ground?
