Default 545RFE trans all the same?

My 2007 1500 4X4 transmission shifts pretty soft in the upper gears even with the pressure boost and DS tune. With over 200,000 miles I'm sure it's ready for a rebuild. I found a good deal on a new trans for a '07 2500 and curious if it's the same tranny as the 1500? Mopar has different part numbers for the 2 models. I found a couple reference charts on the net and it lists a 2007 2500 as having a 45RFE instead of a 545..

They're all the same for the most part; I believe there was a connector/valve body change in 06 or 07, but physically the same.
