Default '03 1500 5.7L help identify a part

I'm going to learn my way around this engine, but this may be an easy way to start. This hose is pretty destroyed and I want to go ahead and replace it. What is this called?

Nope, internal engine ventilation only. might want to post up the evap code (problem) too.
