Default 2005 ram 3500 transmission issues

Had a Jasper heavy duty transmission installed over the winter. Hooked into my 14,000 lb 5th wheel this spring and had very hard shifting under load. Also it feels like the truck goes I to limp mode.

Jasper replaced all electronic in transmission, I replace the transmission co trol module, and also the ECM. None of this fixed the problem. still showing the following codes: P0633, P0483, P0642, P0868, P1749, P0107, P1754, P0234.

my mechanic has no idea what to do next. Anyone have any ideas on what to try? Really want to go camping soon.

Need to know what engine you have, since you weren't specific about what trans.

Sorry about that. It is the 5.9 liter Cummins.

Ok so it should be a 48RE. Code break down:
P0633 - Immobilizer key not programmed - this one your truck shouldn't even run, the ECM should've locked up on you by now
P0483 - Cooling fan rationality check malfunction - cooling fan not working?
P0642 - Sensor Reference Voltage 1 Circuit Low - possibly bad/damaged connection from ECM replacement
P0868 - Line Pressure Low - usually has to do with fluid level or somehow fluid is being blocked, i.e. clogged filter, faulty sensor
P1749 - Transmission Throttle Valve Position Sensor Circuit Low - I got nothing for this one
P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Circuit Low - check your MAP sensor, either the connector/connection is messed up (maybe wiring) or the sensor is bad
P1754 - Throttle valve actuator - is the Cummins fly-by-wire?
P0234 - Turbocharger/supercharger overboost condition - check your wastegate

Did you have all of these prior to the trans install (and the subsequently throwing parts at it)?

Did not have any of the issues before the new trans. I never had a code reader on the truck with the other trans. Talked to another mechanic and I am going to change out the MAP senor and see what that does. Had the ECM replaced because they thought it was causing all the issues. Had these same codes with the old ECM as with the new other than that first one about the key. Truck starts fine each time so I am not sure what the means. The second one also does not make any sense as the fan was replaced about a year ago and seems to be working fine.
