Help, engine trouble

07.5 Ram 2500 6.7l Cummins. Removed grid heaters and cleaned the map sensor and intake temp sensors. Put back together and when I started it, it ran terrible at first and now has a miss when driving and makes a pop noise. Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions on what it may be

Make sure you got everything plugged back in where it's supposed to go. Had it scanned for codes?
