07 Dakota Misfire/rough idle
I have a 2007 Dodge Dakota SLT 4dr 4.7L Highoutput Flex-fuel with 185,xxx
When at stopped completely at stop signs and streetlights the engine rpms drop and fluctuate and sometimes stalls out. I have already replaced the idle air control valve and that helped for a little while but the problem is back. Also I taped up a split air hose. My oil is disappearing but there is no leak also. Not sure if this is related or not. Truck tends to stall or drop rpms more in city driving and does it in the cold and the warm/heat. Also got a check engine light for multiple misfire before I replaced IAC but am not getting one now. I have also tried putting heat and seafoam in the gas but I don't think this helped. Also the code reader I have said P0300 and ran tests that came back fine. Not sure what to do about this problem.
If anyone else has had this issue I would appreciate suggestions or fixes.
Thanks
