Default 04 dodge ram hptuners speed calibration

okay so I put new pcm on the truck and finally took to my buddy so he can adjust some stuff with his hptuners got everything done except the speed calibration, my truck is 5mph off and so when hitting 60mph its only going 55mph an the cruise control doesn't work after 65mph, below that it works perfect.the hptuners doesn't give the option to adjust anything with the speedo, so what to do?

if the speedo is off from a tire size change...you should be able to go into a module and change the tire size. On my 07 its in the tipm. Not sure which module performs this function on a 04 but its there.
the tire size change for mine was 17's to 20's. Not only did it skew the speedo but it caused late upshifts...putting in the correct size fixed both issues. All that is need to change mine was a full function scan tool that could access the tipm.

Then it's the TCM side of the PCM, regardless it's still called "pinion factor". Should be under transmission options. If not then HP tuners sucks lol.
