Default truck dies while driving.

I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 5.7L Hemi. i have had my truck just stop running on me several times and have a hard time getting it started. i have replaced the cam and crank sensors and the air intake sensor. i have looked over my wiring everything looks to be ok. checked the started and the battery and they seem to be in good shape. my truck still has the same codes on it as it did before i started replacing sensors and trying to diagnose the issue. The fault codes that i have are PO113,PO340 and PO61C. The truck currently has around 160000 miles and have owned the truck for 2 years. i havent had a chance to do a tune up but wondering if that is causing my problems or if that could just be a part of it. Any ideas?

PO61C Is an internal module failure. Suspect it's time for a new PCM.
