Default CAMSHAFT vs CRANKSHAFT

So I keep throwing code for the Camshaft Position Sensor. I was in the process of replacing it when I found what I think turns out to be the crankshaft position sensor. Are they the same looking sensor? If so....where the heck do.I find the cam shaft position sensor? And what is the easiest way to replace it. I followed almost the same instructions to taking the crankshaft sensor off to what the camshaft sensor off were. I'm thoroughly confused and currently under my truck.

picture 1 is the original what I thought was the camshaft position sensor...which I am now thinking is actually the crankshaft position sensor....

picture 2 is the "camshaft position sensor" as bought from the store

I also apologize if this is a repost. I'm still trying to get used to this website.

Sigh...."help me I'm trying to do this but I obviously don't know what I'm doing but I'm not going to tell you what I'm actually working on because I expect you all to be mind readers"
