Running Rough
2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 V8 Hemi
4x4 Quad Cab
Runs rough (can feel it shaking and the 4wd shifter on the floor board visibly shakes) at an idle and between 1300 and 1600 RPM. When the RPMs get above 1600 then it feels like it smooths out. Check engine light is on. When truck is running in the dark can see sparks on both driver and passenger sides (even after the new plugs, plug wires, coils and tape, although it does seem to be less). It currently has 2 codes showing up with diagnostics. P0202-#2 injector fault and P0302-#Cylinder misfire. We've done the following:
Transmission flush (technician said tranny looked fine)
EGR valve replaced
New spark plugs
New spark plugs wires
New coils
New #2 injector (twice)
Taped and liquid taped coil/injector wiring harness (what we could get to, did not completely remove wiring harness)
Any ideas on what to do next? Also, anyone know if there is a replacement wiring harness (OEM part #p56051042ac) that will plug in to factory connections. Chrysler has discontinued the part and I haven't had much luck finding a replacement. Thank you.

For the wiring harness, your best bet is going to be the junk yard.
Misfire is likely due to the injector issue. Think I would try and solve that one first. Put a noid lite on it, are you actually getting injector pulse?
