Default 3 in 1 flush?

Hi all, I took my truck in to have something looked at. They said that the noise I was hearing wasn’t a problem, but that they noticed a misfire and recommended a 3 in 1 flush. I hesitated, but then said ok if it’s only 100 bucks I’ll go for it. Now I’m suddenly having a few problems. None are serious at the moment but I thought I’d ask you guys what you think. First problem is a few times now when I’m at a stop and then accelerate the engine hesitates for a sec and then when it goes it sounds kinda like a backfire. Not that loud but kinda a blam when it goes. Kinda hard to explain. Next problem is, sometimes I’ll here a ticking louder then the usual Dodge ticking. Next problem is, earlier this week I had a check engine light come on, I had it checked at the part store and the code was P0157 o2 circuit low voltage bank 2 sensor 2. Now that light has gone off since then and hasn’t come back. Anyway. Could I just need to change the sensor, or is this because of this 3 in 1 flush, whatever that is? Thanks

Cleaned the injectors. Sometimes does more harm than good... but, if it was an injector problem, the PCM would most likely whine about it.

Think I would be tempted to open up the hood, and listen to the engine. See if you can isolate where the ticking is coming from.

Hope you learned a lesson. Don’t pay for something if you don’t know what it is.
