Default Ultra Rough Idle and no power when pedal floored

Last week i started my truck (2006 Mega Cab) and it threw a bunch of codes. They all seemed to pertain to low voltage. My first fear was a PCM, but I looked at the battery and it had tons of corrosion and the battery being 4 years old, had a hard time starting so i figured i'd swap out the battery since i need one anyways. I know only being 4 years old for a battery is small but all this truck is used for is to pull my travel trailer or haul other things. So I swapped the battery this weekend it now starts better but still it has ultra rough idle, all the codes below, and no power when trying to move the vehicle. Here are the codes that it is throwing:

P0201
P0203
P0207
P2303
P2308
P2314
P0157

I fear it might be a pcm or a wiring harness any thoughts on how to diagnose a bad PCM since it should be the easiest to swap out. I did find a place in Jersey that I can order a PCM flashed to my vin, and then i'll send the old one back for about 220 or so for the core. But don't really want to spend the cash until I can truly diagnose what the issue is be it a wiring harness issue or a PCM. I could have it towed to a shop and have them diagnose it but i'd like to save the cash for the diagnosis and do it myself. Anyone have thoughts, suggestions, or have even seen this before on a Ram 1500 Mega Cab (5.7 Hemi)?

P020X are injector control circuit codes. You have three cylinders it is whining about. That will most certainly make the engine run horribly.

Couple coil circuit problems as well. Think I might start looking for the mouse nest......

Did you get this issue fixed yet and was it the PCM or wiring?
