Default Any way to flush inside rear wheel wells

I saw a video on YouTube of a guy demonstrating how to remove the rear tail light on a Gen 2 Ram to gain access to the inner fender well with a hose. He claimed he flushed the dirt and gravel out like this once a month and his fenders never rusted. Is there a similar hack that works for the Gen 3 Rams? It may not be the cure for cancer, but it certainly can't hurt. I appreciate your help.

3rd Gens don't have rear wheel well liners like the 2nd Gen does. What's preventing you from just getting underneath and spraying it that way? All the cancer happens right around the wheel arch, and that's totally accessible.

i'd say yes...and no. I always washed my wheel wells out and still got the cancer. And yet no rust inside the wells themselves. It's water that get trapped between the middle and exterior layer that corrodes to the exterior. Why it doesn't eat away to the interior is a mystery.

It's simply a poor design.
