NV246 transfer case shift motor issue
Hi guys, long time dodge wrencher, first time poster. Have a 2007 1500 with the NV246 t-case. Shift motor was not functioning correctly but would make noise; i disassembled it and inspected it, seems the electric solenoid-operated brake mounted on the shift motor is not being disengaged; the motor when uncoupled from the brake and plugged into the harness spins just fine, t-case operates by hand fine, gears in shift motor housing are in good shape. No voltage to the solenoid. Resistance of the solenoid coil matches a spare I have. This leaves us with either a wiring issue to the TIPM or a fault within the TIPM itself.
Unfortunately, the wiring schematics I have for this year of truck doesn't seem correct. Wire colors are different and pinouts are incorrect. This makes tracing any faults out somewhat difficult.
Has anyone run into this issue before? Anyone have a schematic that may be more "correct"?
Thanks!

I'm stuck in 4lo and installed a new TC shift motor (see my thread from beginning). Plugging in the new motor (but not mounted to the shift motor gear) the cabin control did nothing to put the new motor in 4lo so the gears would mesh. I'm guessing the control circuit or a relay may be the issue. How can I release the TC shift motor brake. I need the TC control circuit schematic. Any ideas?
