Default low RPM's at idle, parked and at stop signs

hello, i've got a 2006 dodge ram, 1500, 4.7, not a 4x4.
i have the problem that it idles really low, at 200-300rpms, when parked or when at a stop sign/light. when the rps's drop below 500rpms, the oil gauge also drops to zero, which causes a "check gagues" light and sound to go off. i have replaced the throttle positioning sensor, i have replaced the idle air control valve, and i have cleaned the throttle body. even with all these changes, my problem persists. what i find very curious is that the truck does not shut off, and runs very good.
has this happened to anyone?
can anyone shed some light?
i got it checked at autozone at got a P0113 error code: intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high voltage.
thanks anyone for the help.

hi!! Thanks for replying. I purchased the exact one from Autozone. Almost 80 dollars, so I'm assuming it is.

No problem! Unfortunately that would be an aftermarket unit, and they are known for being bad and our trucks not liking them. They could be your issue
