My security light is on and is a solid red light on the right of the speedometer. there is no power inside (dash, clock, lights, etc) the truck will not start after replacing the battery. i have a 2004 dodge 2500 5.9L. any idea what is wrong?

 

The alarm has been triggered. I have no idea how to reset security on your truck though.

 

maybe something the the dealer would have to do? not finding much on google. someone suggested removing the IOD (ignition off draw?) fuse for 2 min then reinserting and that didnt work. i couldnt find that exact one though, just tried it on the ignition unlock/start fuse
