Heater problems

I have a 2003 Ram 1500 crew cab 4x4. I have a problem with my heater that can't seem to figure out what is going on. The passenger side of the truck blows hot air but the drivers side blows luke warm to cold air. I have a single climate control but it acts like a dual climate control. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
