Default Stripped bleeder screw

Hi Guys

i’ve been trying to bleed air out of the system on my 03 ram 1500 47 L V-8. I tried to loosen the bleeder screw, but it seems to me that it’s probably never been loosened before. And now it is slightly stripped. Anybody got any ideas what I can do?

i’ll appreciate any ideas, Thanks guys ))

Find a six point socket that will just fit snug, drive it on, bump the ratchet with the palm of your hand, applying steady pressure will break it off. Get it out, go buy a new one.

if its rounded badly an wrench wont work there are different type tools like these at Advance auto https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...001/22980117-p , or any parts store really as they make many different style tools even vise grips have one specify for a rounded bolt head,,many things can help,, just be careful not to break it off ,,
