Angry P3400 Nightmare

I have an 06 Dodge ram 1500 with a P3400 cylinder deactivation system bank 1 code i can't figure out. The truck is an 06 N vin Laramie, with a 2 vin 5.7 swap. I have changed the MDS solenoids, and tested the electrical circuit for them. I have changed the oil, the filter, the oil sending unit, and tested oil pressure. According to MATCO's system, the oil pressure should be Minimum 4 psi at idle, and between 25 to 110 psi at 3k RPM. I sit at 18 at idle, and up to 50 at 3k. I checked the oil channels when i had the solenoids out and they all looked pretty clean. The truck runs smooth and feels strong while on the road, and running a misfire monitor while i was driving the ONLY time i had any misfire at all is when the MDS activated. Zero knocking noise from the engine, and the oil filter and oil seemed free of any metal fragments that might come from worn bearings. I am having a nightmare of a time figuring out this issue. Does anyone have any ideas?
