I'm looking at upgrading tires from 305/55/20 nitto terra grapplers to 33x12.50x20 toyo m/t's. Can anyone tell me if the toyo m/t's will fit a 02 ram QC 4x4 stock height.

They should they are basically the same size. Nitto's web site gives the dimensions of that 305 as 33.07" tall and 12.60" wide, so with the m/t being slightly smaller I think they should work.

 

Are those stock 20's that have been painted or powdercoated?

 

There stock rims special orderd with the truck. There powder coat them at the factory havent seen another set like em.

 

Yes they will fit. I know of a guy that works at my local America's Tire Co. that has those same tires, on 20's... They look sick, VERY agressive tread.
