Default 2002 dodge ram 1500 torsion bar issues

Okay so I recently bought a 2002 dodge ram 1500 and it has a 6 inch rough country lift kit installed well I went to crank up the torsion bars because they were at stock level and the one side is cranked all the way with only 9 1/2 inches from tire to fender and the other side (passenger side) is not cranked at all and is at the same height as the drivers side my question is why am I able to jack the truck up and loosen up the drivers side torsion bar and it'll just fall out no torsion tool required and I can't get it to go up any higher I'm so frustrated because I physically can't see a difference from the other side I've tried everything any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'd like my truck to sit level the back is up way higher .

Default Solved

It was the control arm there was to much slop for the bar now keys are barely cranked and they equal out hopefully this helps someone else
