Radio and door locks dead

2005 ram 2500 quad cab. My radio and power door fobs don't work, locks are working with truck running only not with truck off???
the fuse is OK but still the radio and fobs don't work (keyless entry). This all happened right after I got my truck back from airbag recall service.
As i said i checked the fuses but they are good.
I also looked at my owners manual to reset the key fobs to no avail.

I have heard fuse 51# controls radio an locks when key is in off position , but unsure
