Goodyear tires
I have an 03 1500 qc 4x4 and will be replacing tires soon. Anybody tried out the wrangler MTR?? If so, what do ya think?

That's what I was afraid of. I don't want too much noise out of the tires. Truck is noisy enough on it's own. They claim the BF Goodrich T/A KO is fairly quiet with road noise. I may have to check them out.
Thanks for the input.

I've always steered clear of goodyear. They wear funny, are loud at times, and wear fast sometimes, and $$$$$$$$. BF GOODRICH T/A KO. Its the only way to go. quiet, good offroad and onroad, great looks. I've had 2 sets and got 60,000+ miles out of both easy.
Now that's what I'm looking to hear.
I have goodyears on there now that the dealer put on before I bought it and I hate them. They look too small, 275/70-17, and aren't all that great off road. I found a few places I've had to turn around due to lack of tire. I want something bigger. the bf's i can get in 285/70-17. They look nice.

I can get a 305 on the stock 17 rim and still have room?? The truck is stock suspension. I didn't think a 305 would clear.
But hell, if the shoe fits, wear it. I'll check'em out.
Thanks

Well, I know it will fit if you have the leveling kit installed in the front end. That is what I did, was only a little over 200$ for parts and labor. Well worth it to fit a bigger tire in there without rubbing. I am going to put a 33-12.5-17 under my truck in a few months, no lift, just a leveling kit...
