Default P0307-Misfire Cylinder 7 2002 Ram 1500 4.7l 4x4 190,000 miles

I need suggestions/advice please.

Coil in cylinder 7 and all plugs changed a week ago. Code has returned today. Idle is way too high, cold start between 1200 and 1500 RPM without dropping even if I let it warm up. Will also rev up and down on its own while idling. The TPS was changed 2 days ago and the throttle body cleaned without removing. I am trying to avoid a shop if at all possible. I need ideas on what to check/change next. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
