03' 4x4 Left Front Wheel shakes Violently driving down road
Never had an issue with this truck or front end under normal conditions the left front wheel hit a small bump n in the road and the front end or truck started shaking like it was fixing to self destruct.. I had to slow down, almost stop the vehicle to stop the shaking..
Stock wheels & tires since I purchased it new. No aftermarket accessories added. plain jane stock. This shaking occoured before I replaced the front shocks and after I replaced the front shocks. Mechanic said the rubber bushings in the sway bar were worn out. I asked the mechanic if he was on medication or just stoned off his *** ? So next week I'm going to the mechanic replace the rubber bushings on the sway bar $ 200.00 bushings & labor and see if that will cure my issues.
I dont drive this truck except every now and then to keep the batteries charged and maintained. It's a second vehicle for me and when we do drive it we don't drive like idiots.03 Quad cab 4x4 Cummins. 152,000 miles...
Any suggestions or comments to shed light on what might be the issue will be appreciated...

Inspect ALL of the front end parts for slop. Usually, that behavior is attributed to a worn out track bar, but, you have the third gen style bar already. Might have a look at the bushings, and see if they are having any issues.
That is definitely death wobble. You have the old style “Y” steering linkage. Undersized and useless. I had the same issue with my 2006, and here’s a list of what it took to eliminate it: New Mopar “T” style linkage with upgraded Mopar stabilizer, new ball joints, new track bar, new shocks, new D rated tires, new pitman arm, and a steering box stabilizer. For years I couldn’t drive over 50 unless the road was brand new. Any bump at higher speed would throw it into Death Wobble. Snapped two tie rods as a result. I would suggest you take it to a 4x4 shop that knows what they’re doing, and are familiar with Wobble. BTW, it only happens with SFA trucks. Half ton trucks are exempt, but they have their own issues!
Another thing, an episode of death wobble puts a huge amount of stress on the rest of your components causing premature failure. Kind of like putting 100,000 miles on in 10 seconds.

i experienced death wobble in a 96 jeep grand cherokee. the first time it happened at 70mph, i **** my pants. i dont think ill be going back to a solid front axle vehicle for a long time.
if it were me, id start replacing everything in the front suspension with particular attention to the track bar, track bar mounting holes and bolts, etc. everything needs to be solid and tight.
