Default 2003 Ram 1500 12V Power Outlet Failure

The 12V power outlet below the ashtray stopped working after using it with an air pump. I have checked every fuse under the hood I can find related to it and none of them are blown. Any suggestions?

I'd also check there. Many people don't even know there are fuses there

If all the fuses are good, pull the connector off and put a meter to it; should be 12v constant. If it has 12v then the outlet took a ****, it happens, especially considering the truck is 16yrs old.
