Will bolt up, but not sure about the spline count.

As for power you are over its limits.

Going by the New venture number system the second number is it's torque rating and since it's a 4 that would mean it's rated the same as the NP241 transfer case. The NP241 was used behind the 5.9 Magnum, V10 and Cummins 2nd gen HD trucks.

Yea they also make a np242hd i wonder if that one is rated for more power and i wonder what the spline count id on the stock transfer case compared to the np242
