Default Brake light update.Still need help

Hello everyone, Still can't figure out these lights. Driver side brake light on the top doesn't get brighter when brake is applied. Does anyone know if and where a transmitter or a relay might be located? The only time the dummy light (Lamp Out) doesn't come on is when the right turn signal is on. I need help with this bad....please help

Have you tried replacing the bulbs? There are two filaments in the bulb you are referring to, one could possibly be broken?

Yes, Replaced it twice to rule that out. Checked the harness for power and and the top gets 9 volts when the lights are on and when brake is applied. The bottom one which works fine gets 9 volts when the lights are on but when the brake is applied gets 12. I'm not sure what is letting the extra voltage through, thinking that is where my problem may be.

Thank you for the response.......Bill
