Default Radio issues turned power issue

I have a touch screen radio and I was taking it out of the dash when one of the wires sparked and now my radio doesn’t turn on(already checked the fuse it’s good) and my lights don’t work when I have no power to the switch. When the trucks turned on I have interior lights and my locks work but when the trucks off (no keys in the ignition) the interior lights refuse to come on and my power locks won’t work including the key fob. Any ideas as to how to fix? I’ve looked at the fuses and from what I can tell none of them are blown.

There should be an 'Ignition off Draw" fuse in there somewhere. On the older trucks, it had a cover over it, and didn't really look like is was a fuse.... and folks missed it.
