I found these guys on eBay. Has anyone had any experience with these people or know anything I should avoid when looking for nerf bars?

Never heard of them..they seem legit. But I'm not much of an ebay guy so my opinion shouldn't qualify I guess.

 

As with all EBAY purchases be careful - this paticular seller looks pretty good.

I would look at the hardware that comes with the bars - crappy steel nuts and plates will rust and look horrible sooner than you want them to.

I bought the NASTA all stainless because even the hardware is ss and wont turn to ick.

Good point about the hardware. I will take that into consideration.

 

You could always buy a differnt set of bars and then track down the ss hardware yourself if you really wanted to.

I have seen several nerf bars that looked great until you saw the mounting hardware looking like crap after a short while. Here if FL we got lots of stuff in the air/water to help corrode the crap out of everything - between the salt and minerals in the water its a battle to keep the truck looking good.

I bought the same ones for $175 on ebay and they seem good enough.

 

Almost all of my upgrades have come from Ebay and I've never been disappointed. My rule of thumb.....I never buy from anyone who has a feedback rating less than 99% and less than 300 sales. If those two checkout then you are probably ok. Just my 2cents from someone who uses ebay all the time.

I have a 2005 QC Ram 1500 4.7L. I just bought some nerf bars from Truckparts411.com on Ebay. Wow yhis site was awesome. $175 including shipping and handling for the chrome stainless steel nerf bars and they came in 3 days. They went on in about an hour since I did it alone. All you need is a socket set. No drilling. Goes into factory slots and mounts directly to frame. My truck is only 2 weeks old, so I don't have a photo yet, but it is looking sharp. Read the customer ratings when buying from Ebay.
