I try to DIY anything I can and have been messing with this for some time off and on
and I'm not sure what to try beyond what I already have need suggestions

Symptoms :
Sometimes when I open the door the wipers will start going for a short time stopping in what ever position, cannot be stopped by playing with the switch
Wipers when turned off stop exactly where I stop them, they do not park
When set to delay the run on slow constant, no delay
When set to high they stop in place just like if their turned off

Tried:
changed the motor out, but that was some time ago
changed the relays out
Tried changing the switch, to see if that changed anything same result
Checked/cleaned grounds G103/G104

There something else I should try or it it going to end up being the FCM/PCM?

Update: I Eventually found my own solution
posting hoping it help someone else

I added a ground wire from the body if the wiper motor to the frame and that solved everything...So it was an iffy ground somewhere in the system..
