Default Help with 2004 Ram 1500 AC/Heater doors

1) AC blows great via recirc through dash but seems to be clogged on defrost and floor mode.
2) Heater does not seem to work even when up to temperature yet fan works great.

Can someone tell me what doors are broke for #1 and give me an opinion on #2 please?

Soo many choices in the dash that I was hoping ya'll could help!

Thank you!

(#2) make sure you have a good coolent flow going through your heater core, run the vehicle until it gets to operating temperature, under the hood in left side near the vehicle’s computer should have 2 smaller heater hoses going into the firewall make sure both hoses are somewhat equal in warmness, if one is hot and the other one is cold, the heater core is clogged. If the flow is good check on the temperature blend door Actuator.
