Default Steering wheel telegraphing everything to brake and gas pedals

2003 2500 Hemi 4x4 Quad cab
I recently went through a 15 week ordeal with the local dealership shop with an AC issue. I would fill this page with all the frustration they caused me along the way. What I am left with is that they claim no responsibility for killing all four vertical seat motors and an issue with the steering column. Seat motors I have covered now from online forums and replacement threads. But the steering wheel is still an issue. I am not taking it back there ever again unless the AC goes again in the warranty period.

I can feel the tilt, shift, even just tapping on the steering wheel in the brake and gas pedals as if I am using my hand to tap on them.
I looked and all the nuts appear to be tightened to the firewall.
The brake pedal has a common bracket with the steering column but the gas pedal does not.
But they both feel like they are directly tied to the steering wheel.

WTF did they do this time?
They had the dash out at least 3 separate times installing AC cores with defective temp probes.

Here is a list of the damage over 15 weeks.
Killed the battery so it would not take a charge or run the truck for longer than 15 minutes. ( it was 2 years old)
That same day they mentioned both headlights were out. I dropped it off at night and left the keys. The tech wanted to be sure it was not a connection, so he removed the bulbs and saw the blown filaments and put them back in. ( It sounds like a small observation until you do that work to replace the bulbs like I did)
Broke the wiper/turn switch so the wipers would not turn off. ( that they replaced at great resistance)
Tore the leather on both front doors. ( they had a leather expert repair them and he did a great job. Can't tell where they tore them)
Wore out the alternator bearing running the truck with the AC lines dripping sweat and ice on it for weeks. ( that cost me a day and $150 to replace)
As mentioned the 4 seat motors that run but obviously they stripped the gears. (That they claim is not their fault. 2 people in 16 years have ever sat in the passenger seat.
Ran me through 2 tanks of gas with them just test driving and running the truck all day after day chasing the AC trouble.
Scratched the paint on the door frame of both doors. ( I can't prove it, but they did)

Now this Steering wheel / pedal issue.
I am scratching my head on this one.
Maybe they forgot a bushing of some kind when they lifted the column back into place?
