Cant help much but unsure your checking proper fuse,,this link may help;


if you cant find source ,,you will need to trace wiring back

I got it figured out..... Turns out the jackwagon kid who had this put an inline fuse up against the firewall for the main iod wire..... Replaced it and all is well what I can't figure out is everything in the fuse box had power like it should have before I replaced it.

Unsure about that but I guess if he installed inline fuse on wire feeding after it leaves the fuse box instead of feeding into the fuse box it could still show power ,,but why was inline fuse installed in the first place is anybody's guess
