I currently have an 03 1500 with the 5.7. I have a Flowmaster 40 series muffler. I love the deep tone. I need to upgrade my pipes. I was thinking of installing a cat back system LMC Trucks offers.
It's just the pipe from the convertor, splits in two and exits out the back. It has resonators on the ends to replace the muffler(s). Has anyone run this setup? If so,how did the exhaust note compare to the Flowmaster? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

I would think that it would be quite raspy. Do they not have ny sound clips on their site?
