Default Weird Issues

Hello, I am having a strange issues at times
1. At times why I flash my high beams.my wipers will activate. but if I adjust the steering wheel up or down it seems to correct it for a while.
2. there has been times when I will put on a left blinker and the right one will activate. seems ti be same as #2
3. I have this issue with only during cold start if I don't let it warm up for a few mins it kicks into what seems to be a low gear and the only way to get it out
is stop turn off engine and restart then it's fine

Has anyone encounter these issues?

Think I would start with pulling the covers off the steering column, and make sure all the connectors were properly seated. (and have enough slack that it doesn't pull the connectors when you move the steering wheel up.)

Disconnect the battery, walk away for about 10 minutes.

This is classic multi-function switch failure. There was a recall years ago, but there was a mileage cap of 150k miles or 10 years. Mine has acted up once in a while, and I have managed to get away with inserting the straw of a can of contact cleaner parallel to the lever and as far in to the steering wheel as I can, and just spray the heck out of it. It’s worked for me!

Will this interfere with the air-bag system? or is it a hit and miss

Contact cleaner evaporates instantly, and will not harm the air bag.
