Default Whining noise

Greetings fellow dodge enthusiasts. I have a whining noise in my truck only when I accelerate. It starts at about 25 mph, gets higher and louder as I accelerate, and stops when I let off the accelerator only to start back when I press back on it. There's no grinding or squealing like a belt, just a whine that increases with speed. I have checked the fluid levels on the power steering pump, transmission, and oil. What am I missing that could be causing this?

Could be a wheel bearing. Can you locate approximate source of the sound?

Not definitively. Only that it's coming from the front. The faster I go the higher the pitch. When I take my foot off the accelerator it goes quiet like there isn't a problem.

I had that issue. Changed all my pulleys and tensioner, alternator. Still had it. Turned out to be the fan clutch.
