Default Random misfire on my 07 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi

I posted a few weeks ago about taking my truck to jiffy lube for an oil change and as soon as they were done with it check engine light came on truck started to shake at idle and did not have any power when i would push gas pedal acting as if it wanted to die out. Check engine light began to flash off and on and p0300 code came out this was on Christmas Eve and as of today still do not know what the problem is i have it in a repair shop but the misfires are going sporadically now first cylinder 1,4,7 misfire then the others will begin to misfire and the 1,4,7 will be fine its like they jump around to different ones. I love my dodge and really need to get er running again I NEED HELP

Random misfires could be a ton of different things, catalytic converter, maf sensor, coil, plug, low compression, fuel injector, basically a ton of things can cause it....so a lot more infor would be needed

Since most of there work is done under the truck , I would look around at the 02 sensors or any other plugs that they might have damaged , if the changed air filter or did anything under hood check and make sure the filter box is on good and look around at anything they could knock loose on any given sensor , which perhaps you already have ,,and as stated lots of things can cause random misfire codes ,,perhaps even the emission system which some of which like on my 04 is underneath , maybe they damaged a line to vapor canister or vacuum leak somewhere

When i drove my truck to the repair shop everytime i came to a stop truck would die out so i had to 2 step the rest of the way to get truck to the shop keeping my foot on the gas pedal so truck would not die out
