I have the liberty tube installed and the K&N filter, love it. I think I linked too some pics I took of it in another post in this section, but I can relink too them if ya'll want. Spiff when you relocated the IAT sensor what did you put in the sensors original spot? I was thinnking of ordering a replacment one and putting it in place on the liberty tube just have not gotten around to it.

Intake

But when you see the part number 6 (which is the part you guys talk about), its so tiny. You cant really tell.

That airraid looks massive. I dont understand what you mean by extending the sensor and changing the connections. You mean that tube that connects to the air intake on the side? Isnt that just unplug from one and plug on the new?

YES! It would be very wrong! Don't put an inferior product in an excellent truck.

First of all what do mean by "put a 350 chevy in a v6 dodge"? The engine room is no different than a HEMI. Your question should have been, "will a 350 engine fit in a Dodge Ram 1500?" So, the answer is maybe. I would wait until the warranty is done and then play around. I would use a bare engine, no sensors, no crap like that. A good old 350 engine. Modify mounts if needed and let it be free. You will also need to see whether the tranny will fit. Everything can be adapted like a/c, p/s. A big *** intake coming out of the hood to a carburator. I dont care who made the engine, in the end you will have to restore it with other parts so it will be a totally new engine. You can call it a 350 98rm1500 engine if you want to.

I took the one off the stock box, and switched it with the liberty, not the actual sensor, the female part it plugs into, but i had to extend the sensor to reach the female end on the liberty, if your not sure what im talking about just remember, the male go9es in the female, well unless you have gay connections
