Eltupac, did you get rims yet, I havent, I still have the stock ****ty ones, Iv been looking at 20s and 22s, iv seen alot I like and good deals too, like 20s and tires for 1300 free shipping, but I use my truck alot for work, I want it to look good, but im really hard on it, and rims would get fed up, have u seen any 17inch aftermarket rims for are trucks, have you seen anyone with em on there trucks, so they still look to small for the truck, Should i save for the 20s or get the 17s and put my brand new tires on em

 

No I havent. I saw in another site (you know that site that they dont like) this guys selling rims for $600 all 4 20's with tire. But other a**wipes talked him into selling them higher. I have seen other style 17's and they dont look too small. I was thinking on going to 18 and put a 305 or 295. I wish I could put a 315, but then I will need coil spacers and gears. Oh yeah, gears dude, some people say that bigger tires require higher gears and thats the reason why rams with 20's automatically carry 3.92 gears. Kinda makes sense to get more push for more weight.
I am not thinking on that now since I still have thread, like you say, wait until is gone. I dont mind the steel look, maybe get some 17" moon hub cabs to cover the whole rim.

 

Yeah it makes more sense to atleast wear the tread of of these, I definetly aint made of money, yeah gears, so people get gears when they get 20s, i bet the 4.56s would be sick with 17s, give me a little edge and closer to my goal of wasting my boys 4.7, ha ha ha
