Ok so battery tested good but the CCA were 60 lower than should be so I bought a new battery, checked plugs and coils all good but once the engine is cold it does not want to start at all no codes, good fuel pressure I'm at a loss on this. When it's warm it starts fine but as soon as it sits a hour or two it doesn't want to start.

Plug in with a scanner, and see what temp the PCM thinks the engine is when it is stone cold.

I put all new timing components in October, started it this morning and the PCM said 51.3 on engine coolant and climbs normal. Tested the TPS it's good but the IAC didn't do anything when I unplugged it and started the truck yesterday same hard start and what I mean is that when I crank it struggles to get above 500rpm for about 5 seconds then idles up to 1200rpm for about30 seconds then lowers down to about 600rpm and it's fine but it struggles to start .

What was the actual temp outside at the time?

If you step lightly on the gas, does it start any better?

So the temp was 58 outside and I have to give it gas or it won't start. but I just got back from taking the kids to school and it was idling around 480 in gear with the heat on which is way low I should note that I wasn't having any of these issues until I reset the PCM after that this hard start issues started

Ok so I reset the PCM twice and drove it for a hour let it cool off and seems to be back to normal now I'll check again in the morning but this was just plain weird.

When it wont start is it acting like a flooded engine? Rich exhaust? Seems as your working on the injectors you may wish to check for a leaky injector? Dripping when engine is off and sits for the night?? Flooding the engine for a poor cold start?? just throwing ideas out...
