my driver side head light low beam won’t work plus my abs and brake lights are both on

2007 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab

 

Same 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 with drivers side low beam not working along with the abs light and brake light on dash , I’m driving to advance to buy me a owners Manuel and my battery light come on an I pull over and one of my ground wires to the battery has car unhooked and after I hooked it bk up i had to get a jump start and when I tried jumping it it wouldn’t jump. In fact it wouldn’t turn over at all?
