2006 Dodge 1500 5.7 . Drove it home after installing new engine . Backed under carport shut it off tried to restart and nothing . Lightning bolt is displayed on dashboard . New Battery , new starter. Doing the same thing as old starter just clicking. Noticed the gear selector is displayed but doesn’t show in park . Put it in neutral still nothing. Noticed the air cooler fan isn’t coming on either . Help !!

 

Sounds ike a bad ground or a short. Check to make sure none of your wires are frayed/damaged and the something hasnt gotten itself stuck somewhere causing the issue (ex. mice)
