Default Heating issue

I have a 2007 ram. I have hot air that comes out of the defrost only. Any other setting and it blows out cold air. Any ideas on what might cause this?

How is the motor blower working (under the dashboard on passenger side)? Maybe check that and the motor blower resistor.

Everything works as it should there. All fan speeds work fine. A/C works as it should. I can have the heat set to defrost/feet and only warm air comes out the defrost. It's cold at the feet and also cold coming out the dash for the vent that blows on the side windows for defrost.

I wouldn't rule out some of the blend doors being an issue , I know there are 5 doors on most and one can split an half way or so but unsure

Got it figured out. A new water pump was recently installed. There must have been air in the line somewhere. Once it was back flushed, it worked just fine again! Thanks to those that offered some advice.
