This is a Gen II, wanted to find a way to change a fuel pump on the side of the road without dropping a potentially full fuel tank. My 2003 looks no more difficult than this.
Left the back two bolts in for a hinge. Fuel filler neck is the hardest part. I carry a little bit of cribbing under the tool box for lifting the truck in soft conditions.
