Wipers not working, changed motor and multifuncion switch. Still same problem. Wipers barely move on high setting, will not park properly when turned off. Checked power and plug and only getting power on the high setting. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Doing a battery disconnect reset of the TIPM hopefully this does the trick. Really don't want to drop a $1000.00 for a new TIPM ......fingers crossed
