Default 2002 Ram 1500 4.7 engine swap to 2004 Ram 1500 4.7

I have a 2004 Ram 1500 4x4 with a 4.7. It is has 300k miles and is pillowing smoke. I bought a 2002 Ram 1500 2wd with a 4.7 and only 77000 miles. Today when I was going to start the swap I noticed my 2004 has 1 computer and the 2002 has 2 computers. Would the engines still swap? Or would there be anything extra I would need to do to make the swap happen?
